I've been to most of the places I recommend and stayed in the hotels I'm sending you to. When I suggest something, it's because I know it's worth your money, not because someone paid me to say so.
I offer two levels of service. If you already know where you want to stay, send it my way and I'll book it through my partnerships to get you better rates and perks. That's always free.
Not sure where to stay? Give me your dates and a destination and I'll send you options for free. Want a full day-by-day itinerary? I do that too, for a flat daily fee.
And not every trip needs to be a big occasion. Weekend getaways, quick trips, whatever it is — the same access and the same honesty apply.
Corporate Travel & EA Partnerships
I work with executive assistants at finance and tech firms who need things booked fast and booked right. Preferred rates, quick turnarounds, and I actually pick up the phone.
My services don't cost you or your company anything. Hotels pay me directly, so there's no expense to approve and no additional invoice to process. You just get better rates, better perks, and one less thing on your plate.
Group Travel & Offsites
Retreats, team offsites, group celebrations, wedding room blocks, multigenerational family trips. I find the right property, negotiate group rates, and make sure everyone's taken care of.
You tell me the headcount, the vibe, and the budget. I'll come back with options that make sense and handle the booking from there.
FAQ
Hotels pay me a commission when I book through my partnerships (we act as their marketing team). You never pay more than what you'd find on your own — and you usually get more. Even a simple one-night stay is worth running through me.
Send it to me. I'll ask my hotel partners to try and match it and ask to get you perks on top. And if I can't beat it, no harm, no foul. Onto the next trip!
The perks I offer are similar to what you'd get through Chase or AMEX FHR. The difference? Travel agent bookings are higher on the upgrade priority list than credit card program bookings. Plus, I have access to a wide range of rate programs beyond what you see online. Some offer lower rates, some come with VIP perks, some do both. I sometimes even have access to exclusive promotions and deals like a complimentary third night. It depends on the property and what matters most to you. My job is to compare all of them and find the one that gives you the best overall value.

In most cases, yes. The majority of rates I book preserve your points, status credits, and elite benefits. Some rate programs work differently, but I'll always let you know upfront so you can decide what makes the most sense for you.
Usually, yes. If a hotel is running a promotion, I can often stack my partnership perks with it. If I'm not sure, I'll check and let you know what gets you the best deal.
Not at all. I book hotels at every price point. Five-star resorts, boutique properties, budget-friendly stays — if there's a bed involved, I can help. The same honesty and access apply no matter the budget.
Yes. I can also book VRBOs, villas, car rentals, private car service, and tours and excursions. If it's part of your trip, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
I can assist with booking your premium flights through my agency's in-house air desk, which offers a concierge-style service for business, first class, and premium economy tickets (on flights touching the U.S., Canada, or Mexico). You'll still earn airline miles just as if you booked direct – plus, you'll have access to 24/7 support if anything comes up during your travels.
